About 200 Father Christmases were seen walking and running through a Hull park earlier.
Individuals, as well as groups, including Hull Dockers ARLFC’s under 10s, took part in the Santa Run.
Colin Jennings, from Friends of Pickering Park, which organised the event, said this year’s turnout was “fabulous”.
Participants were encouraged to raise money for a school, club, or charity of their choice.
Mr Jennings added: “We had 70 Santas last year. This year we had 200. We’re hoping to keep on getting bigger.”
People could either run or walk the 2.5km (1.6 miles) or 5km (3.1 miles) routes.
