Bonnie Blue, real name Tia Billinger, could face deportation following police raids
Adult content creator Bonnie Blue has been detained in Bali following her “barely legal” tour which sparked controversy in the popular tourist destination, according to reports.
The polarising online personality, whose real name is Tia Billinger, is understood to have been held over alleged “pornographic material” and is facing deportation under Indonesia’s stringent morality legislation. Reports suggest that Bonnie was apprehended alongside a group of young men in Bali during ‘Schoolies Week’ after purportedly obtaining a van locally to continue her infamous “Bang Bus” activity.
The adult entertainer recently brought her “Bang Bus” concept on a tour throughout the UK to attend Freshers events, drawing young customers for her highly controversial X-rated content. Bonnie, who claims to profit from encounters with “barely legal” teenagers, has been permanently removed from OnlyFans after violating the platform’s terms by performing extreme sexual acts.
Balinese authorities reportedly conducted a raid on the star’s accommodation in Badung before transferring her to immigration officials on Friday evening. Officers are said to have confiscated items including 19 outfits labelled ‘School Bonnie Blue’, flash drives, a box of condoms and her ‘Bang Bus’ van, along with the ownership certificate.
A total of 17 male tourists – including some Britons – were reportedly taken into custody. Badung Police Chief Arif Batubara confirmed on Saturday that Bonnie and three male members of her team had been transferred to immigration officials, reports the Mirror.
“We have handed them over to the Immigration for further investigation on alleged breaking Immigration law. Police investigation are still ongoing. We jointly conduct the investigation with the Immigration,” Arif said, according to the Daily Mail.
This isn’t the first occasion her controversial activities have caused chaos. In September, the performer was reportedly assaulted at a student nightclub in Sheffield.
Officers attended the scene, but The Mirror later confirmed the matter was resolved “through an outcome of restorative justice.”
Bonnie has gained notoriety for participating in extreme sexual stunts, including sleeping with 1,057 men within a 12-hour period. More recently, her concerning career pursuits intensified to the extent that OnlyFans banned her from the platform.
The breaking point arrived in June when the 26-year-old revealed plans for a human “petting zoo challenge”. The stunt would have involved Bonnie being confined in a glass cage whilst strangers were permitted to do “whatever they wanted” to her, prompting objections from fellow sex workers and women’s rights campaigners who argued she was glorifying rape culture.
In Channel 4’s recent documentary ‘1,000 Men And Me: The Bonnie Blue Story’, which incited hundreds of Ofcom complaints, Nottinghamshire native Bonnie brazenly said: “I am going to be completely helpless, tied down, gagged, choked”. OnlyFans expressed concerns about the stunt, alleging it breached their Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service, resulting in a permanent ban.
Campaigners have long urged the website to take action against Bonnie’s content, but it continued to host her until recently.
Beyond the adult content site, Bonnie has also been prohibited from foreign countries and even a football stadium back in the UK. She frequently boasts about being banned from certain locations – a tactic that fuels her self-proclaimed rage-bait strategy and boosts views on social media.
Earlier this year, she informed the Daily Star that she’d been escorted off the grounds of Nottingham Forest Football Stadium last October and permanently banned. She asserted: “I didn’t understand why, because I’d not actually done anything… when you go to football, you’ve got football hooligans, people fighting, drinking, you’ve got so much bigger things to be concerned about, and they were just like – no, you’re banned.”
Bonnie has also been barred from Australia and Fiji following her controversial plans to sleep with 18-year-old boys for content during ‘Schoolies Week’, which sparked outrage among Australian parents. A petition, signed by 20,000 people, led to the revocation of her visa.
Yet, just last month, she boldly boasted about the ban and maintained that she was still intending to proceed with her contentious ‘Schoolies’ event, despite the furore.
“Every year the government and the middle-aged mums try to ban me from Schoolies,” she declared in a video. “But this year it is impossible to ban me. With good lawyers, a lot of money, flights, villa, and the boys lined up, I cannot wait to do Schoolies 2025 bigger than ever.”
The Mirror has reached out to Bonnie’s team for a response.
