Police have issued an update after an in investigation was launched following the death of a woman in Hull.
A spokesperson for Humberside Police had said officers had been called to reports of concern for safety of a woman at an adress on Nelson Road in Hull at around 11.40am on Sunday, 22 June.
The woman was immediately taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. However, she tragically died later the same day and her death was being treated as ‘unexplained’.
However, a spokesperson said in an update today: “Following the death of a woman on Nelson Road in Hull on Sunday 22 June, officers can confirm her death is no longer being treated as unexplained and the circumstances are not thought to be suspicious..”
