This year’s event promises to be ‘bigger and better than ever’
Howloween pumpkin picking sessions for dogs are back at Butt Farm Pumpkin Patch, Beverley this autumn — and 2025 is set to be the biggest and best yet. Now in its third year, this one-of-a-kind event has grown three times in size, giving dogs and their families even more room to explore, play, and pick their perfect pumpkins.
With over 30,000 pumpkins, including exciting new varieties, plus brand-new photo opportunities, this year promises to be a truly pawsome day out. Highlights include hay bales, wheelbarrow and new pumpkin patch photo spots for the ultimate seasonal snaps, a “have a go” agility area, apple bobbing for dogs, a Halloween fancy dress competition, and the popular pop-up Howloween Dog Shop by Oh My Dog, Beverley.
New for this year, four-legged visitors can also enjoy a delicious puppuccino, making sure no dog goes without a seasonal treat. Lucy Thompson, owner of Oh My Dog, said: “It’s amazing to collaborate with another family-run independent business to bring such a unique experience to Beverley. Each year the event has grown, and it’s wonderful to see so many families and their dogs enjoying something different together.’’
Jennifer White, owner of Butt Farm Pumpkin Patch, added: “We love hosting these sessions and seeing the patch filled with wagging tails and smiling faces. It’s become such a special part of our autumn, and we’re delighted to welcome even more dogs and families back again this year.”
