The Tigers are five games unbeaten in the Championship and continue to catch the eye
Hull City made it five games unbeaten on Saturday despite conceding in the 91st minute to be held to a 1-1 draw by one of the Championship’s in-form teams, Charlton Athletic.
That home stalemate ended a run of three straight wins for the Tigers, who sit outside the top six on goal difference after a terrific start to the new season.
Sergej Jakirovic’s side have 10 points from their last 12 and claimed seven from nine following the international break, and now look forward to three more Championship ties before the final international pause until mid-March.
Prior to Saturday’s visit of the South London side, owner Acun Ilicali held another impromptu Q&A at the MKM Stadium, where he covered a host of topics, including the latest on the redevelopment of the area around City‘s home ground.
The subject of City’s plans were a key topic discussed during the latest episode of the 1904 Club podcast, which also looked at the latest on the growing injury situation, the form of Joe Gelhardt and this weekend’s trip to Norwich City, with the Tigers looking for just a third win at Carrow Road since 1972.
