A number of arrests have been made as part of an investigation into two men who went into the River Hull following a police pursuit.
The men fled after their car crashed into a wall when officers attempted to stop it on Friday evening, with one of the men still missing.
Following an extensive search, police said one of the pair was seen on CCTV getting out of the river and getting into a car.
He has now been arrested alongside the 34-year-old driver of a white Porsche that was seen picking the man up, Humberside Police said.
The force added that the 25-year-old who ran from officers into the water was being held on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class B drugs and on suspicion of driving without a licence and driving without insurance.
The Porsche driver was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class B drugs.
Another man, aged 23, who was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of supplying Class B drugs has been released on bail.
A fourth man, aged 65, who was arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice, has also been bailed.
Det Insp Jon Cross said: “Over the last six days, multiple lines of enquiry have been carried out as part of this protracted investigation.
“Searches remain ongoing for the second man who entered the water following the fail to stop as he has not yet been accounted for.
“With our specialist Underwater Search Team and our partners including the Coastguard and Humberside Fire and Rescue Service, involved in trying to find him.”
He renewed an appeal for information on the case.
