Police have appealed for dashcam and CCTV footage

A 65-year-old woman has suffered serious injuries after being hit by a car in Hull. It happened on Willerby Road on Thursday, November 27.

Humberside Police said a silver Mini Cooper travelling westbound on Willerby Road had been involved in a collision with a pedestrian near to Manor Road at 7.45pm. “Emergency services attended and the pedestrian, a 65-year-old woman, was taken to hospital for treatment to serious injuries that are not thought to be life threatening,” said a spokesperson.

Nobody else is thought to have sustained any serious injuries as a result of the collision. Police are now appealing for further information as part of their investigation.

The spokesperson said: “We would appeal to anyone who was in the area around the time and may have witnessed the collision, or has any dashcam or CCTV footage, to contact us on our non-emergency number 101 quoting log 429 of 27 November 2025.”
