You can prepare for what you want to head for first this year!
A site plan of this year’s Hull Fair has been released to help fairgoers prepare ahead. The Hull Fair official Facebook page has posted the map – created by Funfair Funtime – giving people chance to see exactly what will be where on the Walton Street site.
The post said: “Check out this site map created by Funfair Funtime of Hull Fair – feel free to download. A big shout out to the creators dedicating their time to provide this plan of the fair.”
The plan is colour-coded, to show thrill rides, family rides and kids’ rides. Funhouses, ghost trains and rollercoasters are also mapped out and the food and game stalls are also denoted – plus toilets are highlighted for everyone’s convenience.
The post has received plenty of likes and comments, with one person saying: “Not seen this before – great idea.” Another response read: “Easy way to find all food.”
The way the Walton Street fairground is arranged shows a mix of attractions to suit all fairgoers across the site, so a thrill ride such as Harris’ Super Star is located next to a family ride, Robinson’s Waltzer, with a roller coaster, children’s rides and food vendors or games all within the same section. It means everyone will have their favourites within each “block”.

The creator of the map said “hope everyone enjoys it”. They point out that the map is not to scale and that the ride line-up may be subject to change.
Opening this Friday, October 10, and taking over 16 acres of Walton Street car park, Hull Fair boasts attractions from across the country. This year there are more than 300 attractions from rollercoasters and white-knuckle rides to hook-a-duck and bingo, including over 80 rides for children.
The fair will be officially opened at 4pm by Lord Mayor of Hull Councillor Cheryl Payne, with the ringing of the traditional fair bell on Mr S A Robinson and family’s Waltzer ride. Thrill seekers will love the brand new rides visiting the fair for 2025, including Psycho and Skyfall.
Rides also attending Hull for the first time include The Matrix, Techno Power and the Joker. New food and drink offers for this year include Asian fusion foods, fish and chips and a mac ‘n’ cheese unit.
