A section of the A63 has been closed due to “flooding”. Clive Sullivan Way is shut westbound between the St Andrew’s Quay exit and the A15 junction.
Traffic congestion is being reported due to the closure with witnesses reporting “a lot of standing water” following overnight downpours. The eastbound carriageway heading towards Hull is not affected.
It is not currently clear how long the closure will last.
