Speaking of her new role, DCC Baker said: “I am absolutely honoured and feel incredibly privileged to have been appointed as Humberside’s Deputy Chief Constable. In a very short period of time, Humberside moved to being recognised as an outstanding police force in the UK, and I want to ensure we continue achieving and delivering the best possible service to our communities in the future.

“One of my first tasks as Deputy Chief Constable is to help shape and develop Humberside’s direction and priorities, to ensure that our vision is focused, sustainable, and aligned with the needs of our communities, victims and our workforce.”
