Hull were well beaten by Leeds.
Hull FC were defeated 34-0 by an in-form Leeds Rhinos side on Saturday afternoon. Here are the ratings.
Zak Hardaker – The veteran played his 400th career appearance against the Rhinos. He never gave in, as always, bundling his way out of tackles, but one key error, kicking the ball out on the full, didn’t help Hull’s cause. Moved to the back row in the second half as injuries hit the Hull side. 6
Harvey Barron – The winger carried hard against a tough opponent. Left the field for an HIA in the second half but passed his check. 6
Jordan Rapana – In at centre and then at full-back. Carried hard in limited opportunity. 5
Davy Litten – Hull were starved of decent field position, with Litten’s opportunities again limited. 5
Lewis Martin – The winger got involved and competed strongly. Ran tough and challenged Hull’s kicks. Also got on the outside once ot twice.. One of their better players, as he has been all season. 7
Cade Cust – The half-back tried to find holes against a well-organised Leeds defence. Suffered a back injury towards the end of the game. 5
Aidan Sezer – For the second week, Sezer tried to orchestrate an attack on a side that struggled to get a foothold. A tough afternoon, but kept trying to ask some questions. 6
Herman Ese’ese – Plenty of strong running before he limped off the field in the first half. It’s a lower leg injury but the extent of it is still to be determined. 5
Amir Bourouh – Played the full game at hooker. Played against the grain. Tough day. 5
Liam Watts – A good opening stint but it was tough after that. Involved in a nasty challenge just before half-time. 6
Ed Chamberlain – Limped off the field in the first half. 5
Jordan Lane – His third game back and did okay against a tough opponent. 5
Yusuf Aydin – A tough outing for Hull’s pack. It was a contest for 20 minutes, but once Leeds got a foothold, they didn’t let it slip. 5
Tom Briscoe – Came on and added some energy to Hull with some bright carries. 6
Jack Ashworth – Plenty of enthusiasm in his running but one or two errors didn’t help. 5
Brad Fash – He gifted a try to Leeds as Jake Connor intercepted a pass. Like many, a tough day. 5
Matty Laidlaw – Came on when the game was lost. 5
