An application has been lodged for a restaurant in a Grade II listed city centre building.
Pizza Express wants to open a branch in the former Burton building in Whitefriargate, Hull.
Earlier this year, Hull City Council approved a change of use for the recently refurbished building, allowing a restaurant on the ground floor.
The new application has raised questions about the future of the nearby Pizza Express branch in Princes Quay.
