Enforcement officers will be visiting roads across the region with some locations published by Safer Roads Humber

A number of roads will be visited by mobile speed camera vans in the coming days. Enforcement officers will visit the A1079 and Victoria Road, Beverley, among other busy routes in the region.

Drivers can see where the mobile cameras are likely to be situated through the daily enforcement schedule on the Safer Roads Humber website, which is published each week. However, not all locations are listed on the schedule with enforcement officers also visiting other sites around the region over the coming days.

Humberside Police, in partnership with Safer Roads Humber, reserves the right to enforce speed limits on any road, at any time.

Mobile speed cameras will be in the following locations in East Yorkshire:

  • MON August 25: Sites across the region
  • TUE August 26: Victoria Road, Beverley
  • WED August 27: Weghill Road, Preston
  • THU August 28: A1079 Hayton
  • FRI August 29: A166 between Stamford Bridge and Brickyard Farm
  • SAT August 30: Sites across the region
  • SUN August 31: Sites across the region

For those crossing the Humber Bridge to the South Bank, mobile cameras will be in the following locations:

  • MON August 25: Sites across the region
  • TUE August 26: A161 Ealand, near 7 Lakes Country Park
  • WED August 27: A180 Cleethorpe Road, Grimsby, between Lockhill roundabout and Riby Square
  • THU August 28: A18 Barton Street North, between A46 Laceby roundabout and Beelsby junction
  • FRI August 29: A18 Main Road, Melton Ross
  • SAT August 30: Sites across the region
  • SUN August 31: Sites across the region
