Hull City launch their MKM Stadium campaign this afternoon when hosting Oxford United, as they go looking to back up last weekend’s creditable draw at Coventry City.

Boss Sergej Jakirovic will get his first taste of a Championship atmosphere in front of the Tigers’ supporters and he’ll be desperate to get off to a winning start.

City’s midweek Carabao Cup exit will surely give the players an added incentive to respond to that setback and kick things off with a home success against a side they battled for survival with last term.

Between now and kick-off at 3pm we’ll have all the build-up from here in East Yorkshire, followed by match action and reaction on a big day for the hosts
