Humber Street Sesh has taken place once again this weekend, turning the Hull Marina area into a fantastic festival of fun with a variety of music, entertainment, food and more for everyone to enjoy.

The event was founded to provide a platform for the region’s emerging artists. Humber Street Sesh 2025 brought more than 100 acts across ten stages including local emerging artists and critically-acclaimed bands from further afield. This year, Humber Street Sesh was headlined by The Howl & The Hum. Others in the line-up included Divorce, Fiona-Lee, Casino, Mastiff, DeafDeafDeaf, Downtown Kayoto, Hungry, Pleasure Centre, Chartreuse, and Romy Taylor. You can see photos from Saturday’s event here.

The region’s biggest independent music festival has become a focal point of the city’s summer events calendar ever since the very first Sesh was held in 2012.

The photos below look back at some of the events over the years since, including that first one 13 years ago.
