City head to Staffordshire for their third game of a manic return from the November international break
Hull City’s showdown with Stoke City at the bet365 Stadium on Saturday lunchtime will be shown live on Sky Sports Football, it has been confirmed.
City’s visit to the Potteries was originally scheduled to be on Sky Sports + as one of the three Championship games along with Leicester City vs Sheffield United and Portsmouth’s home clash with Bristol City, but has now been moved to a different channel and will now be one of their main games.
The Tigers will go into the 12:30pm kick-off on the back of last Saturday’s 3-2 defeat at QPR and Tuesday night’s 2-0 home loss to Ipswich Town, which saw City fall down to 11th in the Championship, while a win over Charlton ended Stoke’s two-game losing run to move them back to second.
City will hope for a repeat of their last two visits to the Potteries, which have seen them secure successive 3-1 victories under Liam Rosenior and Tim Walter.
Their lunchtime meeting against Mark Robins’ Potters is the latest Tigers outing to be shown live on the satellite network, following on from the win at Norwich City.
City’s home meetings with promotion-chasing Middlesbrough (8pm) next Friday and Wrexham the following Wednesday (December 10, 8pm) will also be shown live on Sky Sports, as well as games against QPR and Portsmouth early in the New Year.
Sky Sports discounted Premier League and EFL package
Sky has slashed the price of its Essential TV and Sky Sports bundle for the 2025/26 season, saving members £336 and offering more than 1,400 live matches across the Premier League, EFL and more.
Sky will show at least 215 live Premier League games this season, an increase of up to 100 more.
