Passed away in Priory Grange Residential Home at 3.00am on Monday 20th October 2025 aged 83. Loving and devoted husband of Gillian. Dear dad to Karon and son-in-law Steve. (Bert) Passed away peacefully in hospital on 24th October 2025 surrounded by his loving family. Aged 84 years. Reunited with his beloved wife Lynda. Passed away peacefully on the 18th October 2025, aged 92 years. A much loved mum of Sharon and Chris, loving grandma of Anna, Mark, Nathan and Naomi and a dear great grandma. Passed away peacefully after a brave battle on 11th October 2025 aged 74 years. Much loved Mum to Clare and Phil, Sister to Pat, Chris and Audrey and Grandma to Aaron, Olivia, Ben and Jessica. (Alwyn Catman) (Olympus 1) We share with great sadness the passing of Alwyn on 28th September 2025, aged 80 years. A dearly loved partner to Eileen. A much-loved dad to Mark & Stephen, and stepdad to David & Dean. A proud and devoted grandad to Emma, Ashleigh, Kedra, Jessica, Thomas, Luke, Emma, Dale, Emily, Ellie, Demi, Shannon, and Lacey. A cherished great-grandad, brother, “Pops” to Dids, and a true friend to many. Alwyn was laid to rest through a direct cremation, in accordance with his wishes. If you would like to pay your respects, share memories, or tell stories of the kind, funny, and selfless person Alwyn was, we will be holding a celebration of his life in the Fairfax Suite, Goodfellowship Inn, Cottingham Road, Hull HU5 4AT, on Friday 14th November from 6 p.m.
