The grim parade of criminals jailed during November includes a sadistic bully who brutally beat up a man inside his home, violent boyfriends, and dangerous drivers.
They also feature a drug dealer and a weapons collector who was found with a potentially lethal gun.
The cases include a woman who had to flee in terror after she was suffocated and dragged out a house by her boyfriend. She took refuge in a garden shed but he smashed it open and continued the attack.
Another featured a woman who was locked inside a house, thrown onto a bed and grabbed around the neck before climbing out of a window to escape. A case involved a man who became aggressive from banned anabolic steroids and another featured a “sex pest” who targeted two girls and a woman.
These are some of the offenders who were locked up at Hull Crown Court and, in some cases, Grimsby Crown Court during November.
