The illuminated journey will take visitors through Candy Cane Lane, a giant bauble, and a dazzling light tunnel. New for 2025, a life-size snow globe will be featured in the Pleasure Gardens.

This new addition, which can be accessed at an additional charge, offers a unique, 360-degree video opportunity which can be sent to those who take part. Food and drink will be available until 9pm from the Clock Tower Café, Stables Pizza Company, Greek Treat, and Peaky Grinders, with a licensed bar in the courtyard marquee courtesy of Louisianna Bars, while along the route, visitors can enjoy festive treats such as toasted marshmallows (additional charge).

Relaxed performances will take place on Thursdays, December 11 and 18, during the 4.30pm to 5pm slot, featuring reduced volume, no lasers, no haze or smoke machines, and sensory-friendly character interactions.

Inside Sewerby Hall House, visitors can explore a unique exhibition: The Snowman: International Icon of Winter, tracing the snowman’s journey from medieval manuscripts to modern-day culture. A festive trail and activities will complement the exhibition.
