Hull City host Ipswich Town at the MKM Stadium this evening
The pair haven’t met in East Yorkshire since a 3-3 thriller at the back end of the 2023/24 campaign when City narrowly missed out on a play-off place, but the Tractor Boys secured automatic promotion to the Premier League.
Since then, both sides endured seasons of struggle last term, with the Tigers narrowly avoiding the drop to League One, while Town were relegated from the top-flight.
