Families can enjoy a week of pumpkin picking and seasonal activities
Humber Bridge Garden Centre is launching its first ever pumpkin patch – just in time for Halloween. The site in Barton is bringing all the autumn magic for families to enjoy.
The pumpkin patch will run from Friday, October 24, until Friday, October 31, from 10am – 4pm. Organisers say that families can enjoy a week of pumpkin picking, photo-worthy displays, and exciting seasonal activities for all ages.
There is also a ‘soft opening’ exclusively for toddlers and babies on Thursday, October 23, from 11am – 2pm, to help give little ones a calm and special start. Throughout the week, visitors can pick their own pumpkins, pay only for what they choose, and enjoy a seasonal day out with plenty of photo spots and autumn vibes.
The cafe will be serving cosy drinks and treats alongside the events. Key dates are as follows:
- 30th October – Pumpkins After Dark: For one night only, the patch stays open until 7pm for a magical evening experience under the autumn sky.
- 31st October – Paws Hollow: Dogs are welcome onto the patch to join in the fun and get their own festive photo ops!
- 31st October – Ghost Painting Workshop: Held inside the Orangery, this creative, spooky-themed session is perfect for younger visitors. (Booking required)
