Passed away peacefully in Cottingham on Wednesday 13th August 2025 aged 87 years. Much loved dad of Andrea, Stephanie and Mark. Loving Grandad to Natasha, Andrew, Harley, Iz and Finley. Great Grandad to Alfie, Arnie and Abel. In-laws Rachel and Tom. Finally at peace and reunited with his beloved wife Pat. He was a fighter to the end. Sadly and unexpectedly on Monday 11th August 2025, Mary, aged 83 years, of Barton-upon-Humber. Loving wife of the late Colin, adored and much loved mother of Hayley, Linda, Christopher and Lisa, beloved Mother-in-law of Ian, Neal, Julie and Jim, a loving grandma and great grandma. Mary will be sadly missed by all who knew her. A service will take place on Thursday 11th September, at Trinity Methodist Church, Barton-upon-Humber, 11:30am, followed by committal at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe. Please may all mourners attending the service wear a bright colour or a splash of yellow if able to do so. Family flowers only please, by request. Donations in lieu of flowers in Mary’s memory if so desired are for Lincolnshire and Notts Air Ambulance Service, and may be left at the service or sent direct to the charity. Died at home on 14th August 2025 aged 98 years. Beloved husband of Jill and dearly loved by all his family. Funeral service will be held at St Helen’s Church, Welton on Tuesday, 16th September 2025 at 11.30am. of Keyingham Passed away peacefully at home Wednesday 6th August 2025, aged 86 years. Dearly loved husband of Sandra and a much loved dad and grandad. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Sunday 24th August 2025 aged 75. Loving husband to Yvonne, father to John, Sophia & Susie, grandad to Emily, Jack, Lucy & Ella. Funeral to be held at Haltemprice Crematorium on 11th September 2025 at 1.30pm. Passed away peacefully on Thursday 14th August 2025 at home in Wawne, East Yorkshire. Up until the end David had been working tirelessly to help people here in the UK and in his beloved Africa. A Memorial service will be held on Friday 29th August in the Chapel, Queensgate Cemetery, Beverley at 12:00 noon, followed by committal at 12:30. Friends of David, and those who worked with him through his life, including the And Albert Foundation and African Lands Trust, are all invited. On 20th August 2025 peacefully in hospital in his 87th year. Dearly loved husband of Iris, much loved dad of Jeanette, Diane, Eric, Graham, Ian and in laws Dave, Billy, Shelly, Sally and Helen. Dearest grandad to his 14 grandchildren and proud great grandad to his 16 great grandchildren. Suddenly at home on 7th August 2025, aged 88 years. Beloved husband of Patricia and a dear step father of Jacob, Owen and Matthew. (Ron) Ron passed away peacefully on Saturday 16th August 2025 aged 90. A much loved father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral to be held at The Holy Trinity Church, Acaster Malbis York followed by burial in the church grounds on Tuesday the 9th September 2025 at 2.30pm. Ron will remain in our hearts forever.
