A sadistic murderer who callously stamped on another’s man during a ferocious street attack – and then boasted about how “dangerous” he was – heads the criminals jailed at during August. Other nasty cases include that of an “unpredictable” knifeman who stabbed two people in random attacks, one of them an attempted murder.
There was also a thug who once bragged “I’m the King of East Hull” and has now been jailed again after he viciously attacked another man during a sudden “eruption of temper” in a pub. Others locked up included a nightmare bully who made a “blood-curdling threat” to burn down the homes of his ex-girlfriend and her mother as well as a heartless grandson who raided the staff room at the care home where his grandmother lived and stole a handbag.
These are some of the cases that have been dealt with in court during August.
