The “biggest ’80s party show to tour the UK’ is heading to Hull from London’s West End.
80s Live! is billed as the “ultimate retro concert” and is coming to Connexin Live later this year having previously been performed at the capital’s Adelphi Theatre. Taking place on Thursday, November 13, the event will take you back to one of the most legendary eras of music, featuring an array of classic hits from the decade.
A spokesperson said: “Put your hands together and get into the groove as the live band Electric Dreams perform over two dozen chart topping anthems from Wham!, The Weather Girls, Culture Club, Rick Astley, Madonna, Duran Duran, Soft Cell, The Human League, A-Ha, Tears for Fears and more.
“You will be heading down the Atlanta Highway, so dress to impress, bring your jukebox money and get ready to Jitterbug to such tunes as Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, The Edge of Heaven, Tainted Love, Love Shack, Living on a Prayer, The Final Countdown, Don’t You Want Me?, Relax, Never Gonna Give You Up, and many more.”
