Super League will have a bigger presence in Las Vegas next year, having already sold more central tickets compared to last year.
Hull KR and Leeds Rhinos will travel to Sin City next year to take centre stage at the Allegiant Stadium, following on from the major success of Super League’s first successful venture to the NRL event this time.
Wigan Warriors and Warrington Wolves were the first two clubs to fly the flag for Super League and collectively, ticket sales were in the region of 6,000 based on tickets sold directly through the clubs and Rugby League Commercial.
However, that number has already been smashed ahead of the 2025 event. All Out Rugby League can reveal that seven months out from the event, 22,000 tickets have been sold globally, with around 6,500 of those coming from the UK.
That’s already an increase of eight per cent compared to this year and with seven months still to go, organisers are confident that travelling support from the UK will be significantly larger than in 2025.
It’s positive news for Super League considering the NRL were so impressed with the impact Super League supporters had on this year’s event, they had no hesitation in making them a permanent fixture on the schedule.
Super League is set for an extended stay in the event. St Helens and Hull FC had both expressed interest in participating and are early frontrunners to play in the 2027 event.
Both Rovers and the Rhinos are two os Super League’s best-supported clubs, and that is set to be made clear in Sin City.
