James Batchelor and Danny Richardson are in line for recalls after being named in Hull KR’s 21-man squad to take on Leigh Leopards. Willie Peters has made two changes to his extended squad, with the pair being drafted back into contention.
Richardson has been brought back after a loan spell at Salford Red Devils while Batchelor returns for the first time since suffering a throat injury in the defeat to Castleford Tigers.
They replace Mikey Lewis and Harvey Horne in the squad. Man of Steel Lewis is unavailable after failing a head injury assessment last week, despite the fact he had no symptoms.
Jack Brown, Noah Booth and Bill Leyland retain their places in the 21-man squad after missing out on the matchday squad last week. Leyland appears to have a chance of a recall if Peters opts to go with Jez Litten in the halves, though Richardson’s return would suggest Peters could go for a natural halfback replacement while Lewis is unavailable.
