Hull FC ran out 38-6 winners at Salford Red Devils on Sunday afternoon. Here are the ratings.

Jordan Rapana – A couple of shaky moments but also returned well at times. A slick pass for Jordan Rapana’s try but one or two errors were in his game. 5

Harvey Barron – The winger was strong with his kick reads and returns. Got a deserved try too in what was a strong comeback after last week’s Castleford display. 8

Tom Briscoe – Did nothing wrong. Strong reads in defence and carried when required. Scored his 99th try for the club and his 173rd in Super League. 6

Davy Litten – Took his try well, had two more overturned, and was heavily involved. Saw a lot of ball and was a threat. Not the finished product and plenty to work on, but promising, to say the least. 7

Lewis Martin – The winger scored his 19th try of the season. Also, ran strong in the backfield and looked to get Hull going. 7

Cade Cust – Scored the game’s first try on his return to his former club. Ran well before moving to hooker late on. 6

Aidan Sezer – Involved in pretty much everything Hull did well. Received a couple of late hits after kicks but kept going. 6

Herman Ese’ese – Bumped off plenty of tackles. A fair display. 6

Amir Bourouh – Tidy performance. Kept things simple. Some welcome respite in the second half with a well-earned rest. 6

Liam Knight – A strong first stint from the prop who got through plenty of work. Solid. 6

Ed Chamberlain – Left the field for an HIA in the first half but returned just before half-time. Went well. 5

Zak Hardaker – A really solid and gritty account, as is always the case, and despite playing in the back row. Scored a try. Kicked some goals. 8

Yusuf Aydin – A solid effort in the middle. Ran the ball strong and made some fair ground. 6

Jack Ashworth – Thrown in the back row before returning to the middle. Some strong carries. 5

Brad Fash – Had a go off the bench and fan hard. 5

Jack Charles – Came on for his first appearance of the season. Kicked two goals late on. 5

Sam Eseh – They say in football never to fall in love with a loan player. How can you not? The big prop was solid again. Scored a deserved try and looks more and more confident every week. Clearly enjoying himself here. Good to see. 7
