It’s been another big summer of change at Hull City with a new manager coming in, and there’s expected to be another flurry of change in the dressing room.
Securing Championship survival on the final day of what was a dismal campaign has at least given owner Acun Ilicali the chance to try and put things right during the close season, and ensure the same mistakes of last term are not repeated, so fans can look forward to the new campaign with a little more optimism.
While fans may not see the level of incoming and outgoings of 12 months ago, there’s still likely to be a host of new faces arriving and some familiar ones departing.
All that will become clearer in the coming days and weeks as we build towards the start of pre-season and eventually, the opening weekend of a relentless Championship campaign. Naturally, at this time of year, speculation is rife about players coming and going from the MKM Stadium. Some of it has a foundation, and others do not.
