Hull KR’s Sauaso Sue will face a tribunal for a Grade E spitting allegation following the Challenge Cup Final. The incident was reported against the prop forward by Warrington Wolves winger Josh Thewlis at Wembley, with the match review panel today releasing its minutes.

Grade E offences result in an immediate referral to an operational rules tribunal, and carry a minimum of six-match suspension if found guilty. The points penalty will be determined by the tribunal.

Meanwhile, Rovers’ back-rower James Batchelor is now one point away from a suspension. The 27-year-old has copped a Grade C charge for head contact, resulting in five points and a fine. The minimum for a one-match suspension is six penalty points.

Hull KR’s Joe Burgess also received his first points of the season. The winger has been charged by the match review panel for Grade B head contact, resulting in a fine and three penalty points.

Willie Peters’ side, who ended their trophy hoodoo by claiming the prestigious Challenge Cup trophy with an 8-6 win under the famous Wembley arch, host Catalans Dragons on Friday at Sewell Group Craven Park.

There are no charges for any Warrington Wolves players. Sam Burgess’ side travel to Leeds Rhinos on Saturday as their attention returns to the Super League competition, currently outside of the play-offs after 13 rounds.
