A man has appeared in court after a ‘rooftop siege’ in Hull.
Police were called to reports of a man on a roof in Coltman Street last Thursday (May 22).
A 29-year-old man has now been charged with criminal damage, intentionally causing a public nuisance and three counts of common assault on an emergency worker.
Macauley Ware, of Wawne Grove, Hull, appeared at Hull Magistrates’ Court on Saturday (May 24) and was remanded in custody until his next appearance today (Tuesday, May 27).
