Spring Bank was shut in both directions following an incident at around midday.
A short time later, it was reported that the road is ‘partially blocked’ in both directions. There is “slow traffic” in the area.
The traffic reporting service Inrix logged the incident at 12:29pm. At the time it said: “Spring Bank in both directions partially blocked, slow traffic due to accident at Park Street.”
The road has since reopened, with traffic ‘returning to normal.’
Hull Daily Mail has approached Humberside Police for comment.
