Good afternoon everyone. Ready for a spot of Sunday Super League? We certainly are. It’s Hull KR versus Leeds Rhinos today in an intriguing battle between the league leaders and the third placed side.
For the Robins, it’s a huge opportunity. Wigan’s defeat to Leigh on Friday means a win for Willie Peters’ side today will extend their lead at the top of Super League to six points with ten games to go. That will put them in a very strong position to go and secure the League Leaders’ Shield.
But for Leeds, they have their eyes on second place. Results so far this week have seen them drop to fifth but if they could win today, they’d regain third and only be two points behind the Warriors.
These two teams had a humdinger of a battle earlier this season and we’re expecting a repeat here.
