Barry sadly passed away peacefully at home on 18th April 2025. A much loved Dad of Stephanie, Allison and late Michael Barry. A devoted Grandad of Kirstie, Ashley, Ellie and Great Grandad of Evelyn and Oliver. Greatly missed, forever in our hearts but never forgotten. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 20th May at 2:30pm, Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby. Family flowers only, but any donations, if so desired, may be given as you leave the service for the Jean Bishop Centre. A celebration of Barry’s life will take place at the Victoria Dock Tavern, Great Union Street afterwards.
Peacefully on the 19th April 2025 aged 80 years. Dearly loved Wife of Dave. Much loved Mam of Tracey and Dave, In-laws Andrew and Dawn. Devoted Grandma to Harvey, Ruby, Lydia and Eve. (Pam ) Passed away peacefully on Thursday 24th April 2025, aged 79 years with her family by her side. (Mary) (Nee Goodinson) Passed away 16th April 2025, aged 91 years. Reunited with loving husband Maurice. A much loved mum, grandma and great-grandma. A quiet, humble gentleman with a strong Christian faith, passed away peacefully on 15th April 2025, aged 82. Now with the Lord! A dearly loved husband to Jan and amazing dad to Richard and Sarah, and in-laws Glenn and Maddi. A legend to his grandchildren Luke, Alice, Lucy and Jake. Loving brother and uncle to Howard, Philip and families. Will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. (nee Turner) Aged 86 years. Passed peacefully on Tuesday 29th April 2025. Beloved mother to Steph and Fiona and son-in-law Mark. (Nee Gibson) Barbara passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on 19th April 2025 aged 78 years at the Castle Hill Hospital. Loved and Cherish Wife of 48 years to Dennis. A Loving Step Mother to Theresa, Steven and Cheryl. Devoted Grandmother to Derek, Jonathan, Matthew, Samantha, Zac, Curtis Phoebe and Amalie. ‘ Ditch’ Sadly on 26th April 2025, Richard aged 86 years of Ulceby formerly of Hull. Loving father to Carol, grandad to Abigail and Hannah. Greatly missed by all who knew him. Wendy passed into God’s care on the 27th April 2025, at the age of 77. Wendy was Sister to Karla, and later Karla’s Husband Bernard. Wife to Michael, Mum to Emma and Amy, and later Amy’s husband Gary, Grandma to Abigail and Faye. Wendy was also Godmother to nephew Anthony, Lucy and Edward. A second Mum to countless others. Always ready to take people under her wing, she retired from teaching as a fondly remembered teacher, tutor and mentor. Wendy will always remain a beloved friend to those she worshiped with, worked with and simply spent time with. The funeral will be held on the 23rd May 2025 at All Saints Church, Hessle at 3:30pm with the cremation at 4.30pm at Haltemprice Crematorium, all welcome to attend either or both.
