Spring Bank is currently closed in both directions, according to traffic reporting service Inrix.
Reports suggest a police incident, with heavy traffic in the area due to the closure from Park Street to Stanley Street.
Witnesses report that there are police, ambulance and fire services at the scene. Humberside Police have been approached for comment.
